Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. Please Email first for interenational shipments that way we can ensure the best results.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days sometimes longer dependent on your country's customs protocol.
How do I cancel Lessons?
We kindly request that you send us an email to lessons@impulsemusicco.com at least 15 days prior to the next billing period. This is the preferred method of cancellation as outlined in our policies.
In case you find that you're not getting the desired experience with your current instructor or instrument, we encourage you to reach out to the administration at Impulse Music Co. They will be happy to assist you in finding a better fit by changing either your instrument or instructor. The best part is, there are no additional fees for this change!
Can I purchase a case or gig bag to go with my guitar purchase?
Yes! If you purchase a guitar and would like to get a Impulse Music Co Gig Bag or Tear Drop Case we do offer a discount on them!
If I purchase strings and a guitar, will you set it up in the tuning I want?
Absolutely! Just message or email with the order number, with the details of the setup!
Whats the Return Policy?
We offer a 30 day return window for brand new items! The item in question should come back in its original condition. Please view our Refund/Return Policy at the bottom the our page for full details.
How do I know if the Guitar I want comes with a case?
Every listing will say if it comes with a case or not.
Why is no one responding to my messages?
We are an independently operated music store, academy, venue, and repair shop with a small team of less than 20 dedicated staff members. If you happen to send us a message or email after hours, please keep in mind that our team may be taking some time to rest and rejuvenate before the next work day.
