Return Policy

New Items

Returnable within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use or a 15%-25% restocking fee will be held. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Any and all inquiries of receiving an item "in a different condition than described" needs to be addressed immediately upon receival of item in question.

Used & Vintage Items

B-Stock Items

B-Stock item returns will be returnable for store credit for up to 15 days from date of delivery

We disclose all the info/blemishes/defects of B-stock items beforehand on our website.

ALL ITEMS LABELED AS CLEARANCE ARE NON RETURNABLE

SPECIAL ORDERS/PREORDERS/CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE

Trade In Purchases

Cannot be returned for cash/credit. If an item and/or items were traded in they can only be exchanged for items instore within the repsective time period relating to the condition of the item.

15 day maxium store credit only.

Damage caused by a customer in an attempt to force a warranty return will not receive a return/refund and be permanently banned from shopping at Impulse Music Co.

We take  pride in our gear and assure that there is nothing wrong with any of our items. If you really feel that you were led astray through the description or pictures, we'll help get your money back to you, so long as the gear received at Impulse Music Company is returned in the same condition as we sent it to you, so long as you contact us with concerns the day recieved to avoid fraudulent return/refund claims. Items received in different condition than sent out, with have a restocking fee withheld from the refund to cover the cost of the loss.

If the item is damaged or beyond resell-able condition, we reserve the right to refuse returns. Items not accepted this way will be returned to the customer. 

If the item is suspected to be used as a "Rental" instrument we maintain the right to withold refunds/returns ("Rental" defined as one time use item for one particuliar gig, recording, project, etc).

Any and all customization requests before the instrument leaves the facility (Pickup swap, custom setup, part changes) void the return policy and will be reviewed upon a case by case basis. 

DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS FOR ACCESSORIES OR MICROPHONES.

If the item arrives as described and you decide you don't like it or just don't want it anymore, we accept all returns as long as the item arrives in the original condition as it left our store. Please contact us first to arrange a return. We do not cover return shipping costs unless item is defective/requires warranty service. We do not accept returns/refunds for international items, custom orders, or items with negotiated special pricing or discount codes. Cancellation of custom order items during build process, wait time, restocking time, shipping/delivery forfeits any/all deposits or funds paid toward balance. Used & Vintage Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase. New and used items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

We maintain the right to refuse service and/or refunds.
