Welcome to Impulse Music Co.'s Performance Workshop

We assist students in rehearsals and prepare them to play on stage, pairing up with similar level students/musicians. The goal is to rehearse in groups, learn cooperation, and communication amongst fellow musicians and perform live at a public venue. Repeat students will learn many different avenues of song writing and even perform originals and learn what it takes to be in the music business as a professionalm artist.

What's Included?

$250 a month includes:
-12 Week Semester (and longer if necessary) that includes rehearsals, private lessons, writing, gear classes, and performances
-30 min weekly in-person or online one on one lesson
-1 hour rehearsal with assigned band (Saturdays mainly but can be rescheduled with group consensus)
- Access to rehearsal space at all open hours of business
-Students actively enrolled in performance workshop

Performance Preparation

  • Rehearsing and fine-tuning the setlist
  • Focusing on stage presence and audience interaction

Live Performances

  • Students perform their setlist in live settings
  • Gaining experience on stage

Exploring Other Topics

  • Fitting in a mix and sound engineering
  • Advanced stage presence techniques

Integration of Particular Teachers

  • Guest teachers to provide specialized instruction
  • Further enhancing skills and knowledge

Recording a Run-Through

  • Capturing live performance for personal portfolio
  • Focusing on audio and video recording

Creativity and Connection

  • Exploring new ideas and musical directions
  • Connecting different aspects of music

Semester Conclusion and Review Live Recording

  • Buffer week for clean-up and reflection
  • Culminates in a final performance and live video recording of performance
