Shipping policy

Orders over $50 receive free shipping, any order under $50 will be subject to a shipping charge.

Any product listed as special order or over our set weight limit is subject to extra freight charges and must be communicated with the fullfillment team at Impulse Music Company. 

We reserve the right to charge freight on larger items that do not have uniform shipping boxes, weight, or multiple packages ex: drums, marimbas, guitar cabinets with 4 speakers, Extra Large PA speakers and systems.

We ship out most orders within 48 hours of payment processing and receiving funds.

International shipments are upon request only. We do not cover international shipping, international or VAT taxes.

Larger Items and international shipments may require more communication from buyer. For this purpose please allow 2-4 days while communication is exchanged between the two parties.

All of our shipments are insured to the maximum cost of the instrument. 

Insurance claim response time may vary depending on the company used to insure your package.
