This guitar is used and comes as is. The pickups have been swapped to Schecter Apocalypse Humbuckers. The tuners have been replaced with Hipshot open gear locking tuners. The neck has had the gloss removed for a satin finish. There is a chip on the top of the offset as seen in the photos. The stock parts are not included. 

Does not come with a case.
